Yesterday i have booked for an urgent need. The cab reached my place within 10 minutes and I got a brand new taxi that was very clean and neat.. the driver was very polite and gentle.. my mother in law able to sit in front seat with very comfort. The fare was very affordable. Thanks for your service and please continue your great service. Thank you 😊

I had a bitter experience recently with the Friends taxi booking . I had booked a taxi in the afternoon on 27.08.25 for travelling to Myladuthurai to attend an important wedding and getting back to Thanjavur. Though I had booked well in advance I couldn't make my travel stress free. At the age of 67 years I had a high tension . The purpose of attending the mukurtham was defeated. Originally I had booked the pickup time 6.30a.m. on 28.08.25. Though I had received the message about the booking confirmation indicating the pickup time by 6.15a.m. I could not start my travel intime as the driver failed to turnup. The driver phoned by 6.00a.m. and enquired about the journey detailed and promised to reach the pickup point intime. But he failed. Though I tried many times to reach him he did not attend my calls. Then I contacted the booking office and reported the issue. Though They could manage to arrange another vehicle by the time the tivehicle had reached the spot about 45 minutes we had lost. With a result We missed the Mukurtham and reached late. It appeared that the Friends taxi is operatng not operating exclusively with their own vehicles. They have tie-up with many others. So the driver's are not under the control of Friends taxi service. The drivers have their choice to go or not to go. My over all comments are 1.The booking system should be improved so as to avoid confusion and miscommunication among the booking staff who are on duty duing different times. 2.The contact number of the driver must be provided to the customer well in advance. Perhaps at the time of booking confirmation itself. 3.Followup should be there and Friends taxi service should ensure that the taxi reaches the customer in time. 4.Coordination among the booking staff should be improved as confusion prevails among the staff about the booking details. Every booking staff who are on duty should be aware of the booking details clearly . 5. Friends taxi service should avoid entertaining the unreliable drivers with own vehicles or from other sources so as to keep up the credibility and to avert putting the customers on tender hooks in the last minute.

Service was good, On time pickup and drop. Car was maintained clean and hygiene. Driver also polite and well mannered. Best affordable taxi in the town.

Not punctual (not on time) when it really matters.. Booked a ride from home to railway station to catch the train .. no update from driver or the service provider till the booked time.. had to call and inform them, after which a driver was allocated.. also the car which came was not proper to accommodate the luggage and people.. partially travelled by bike.. No alternative number to reach as only one number is available ..
